Jess' Birthday

Jess' 14th birthday was Sunday May 10th and what she really wanted this year was contacts and her hair colored. So the end of last week we took her and got her contact lenses and then Monday the 11th Jess and I went and got her hair done. She looks amazing!! She also got the headphones she wanted, gift cards, tunes and other wonderful gifts...thanks everyone!

Eklutna Lake

On Sunday May 10th (Mother's Day and Jess' birthday) we decided to enjoy the beautiful weather and get out of the house for a while. We packed sandwiches, drinks, the kids and the dog in the car and headed to Eklutna Lake. It was beautiful. It was a great afternoon together and we stopped and got homemade ice cream on our way home :)

Crossover 2009

Saturday the 9th of May was Crossover for the cubscouts. They held it at Otter Lake on base and Jason went with Drew. This year Drew crossed over from being a bear cub to being a Weeblo. It is also the last year that Mrs. Terry is going to be the den leader since they are moving this summer. We are very proud of Drew and his accomplishments :)

Sammy's 17th Birthday

On April 3oth Sammy turned 17. She received some great gifts..special drawing markers, cds, gift cards, video games, drawing lessons and more. She was thrilled!! Then on Sunday we took Sammy and several of her friends bowling for the afternoon. Everyone bowled, had pizza and hung out. It was a fun afternoon :) She was glad that Amber, Cloe, Nadine, Christian and Logan were able to share the day with her.
